Performio wanted an eBook that could speak directly to the telecom industry while making complex incentive compensation management (ICM) insights easy to understand. I designed the piece with a bold custom cover, a full set of original icons, and clean, accessible layouts that broke down dense content into digestible sections. The result was an engaging resource that balanced clarity with visual interest, positioning Performio as both informative and approachable.
