Ebook Design for Performio

Performio needed an eBook tailored to the telecom industry that could simplify complex incentive compensation management (ICM) insights without losing authority. The challenge was transforming dense, technical content into something approachable and engaging for a specialized audience. My solution was to design a bold custom cover, a full set of original icons, and clean layouts that organized information into clear, digestible sections. The final eBook struck a balance of clarity and design polish, positioning Performio as both knowledgeable and approachable while giving telecom professionals a resource they could easily rely on.
